Join us every Tuesday and Thursday as we begin the journey together!

Join us for a fun, culturally enriching, and exhilarating fitness journey! We’ll use traditional African rhythms and dance to elevate your workout and energize your spirit. Live drumming will be incorporated when available.

Have a sewing project you've been meaning to finish?  Need access to a machine? Drop in and use our sewing stations. Bring your own materials - we'll provide the machines and a welcoming space. 

A librarian leads the participant in a one on one instruction session in computer/internet use.

The M.W. Alexander Library is excited to announce a partnership with Chantal Taylor to offer a new class: Line Dancing! Line dancing is a fun and effective form of exercise.

The Hamer Gratitude Wall is a vibrant space where all ages can share appreciation, celebrate kindness, and strengthen community connections.

Drop-in anytime for Make it Monday! Enjoy hands-on arts and crafts for all ages, available all day.

Take charge of your nutritional health with us through the power of juicing! We meet weekly on Mondays at 4:30 PM to track progress, share encouragement, and support each other on our journey toward better health and fitness.

Bingo for Adults

Join us for an enchanting Storytime: Treasure Chest Adventures at Alexander Library! Each session promises a captivating journey, where young minds can explore the magic of storytelling.  We unlock treasures of imagination together.

Caregivers: join your little one(s) for a fun-filled Storytime & Craft Adventure where books come to life in more ways than one! Each session features a lively reading of a favorite children's book, followed by a hands-on craft.

Ready to boost your kitchen confidence? Join us for a six‑week hands‑on cooking course designed just for adults.

A librarian leads the participant in a one on one instruction session in computer/internet use.

Join fellow teens for snacks and drinks as well as a chill vibe. Use this time to work on homework, read, play games, or just catch up!

Embark on an exciting journey into the Spanish language with our free beginner's class!
