Terry CHAN (Community Health Advisory Network)

CHAN stands for Community Health Advisory Network which is a health initiative in partnership with the Mississippi Department of Health and Jackson Heart Study to improve individual, family, and community health through coordinating events, special projects, volunteering, fundraising, and other activities.
