COOKING MATTERS: Hands-On Cooking Classes for Adults at Medgar Evers Library

Cooking Matters is a six-week program featuring weekly, two-hour hands-on classes led by trained educators. Participants will learn practical skills in healthy food preparation, smart grocery shopping, food budgeting, and basic nutrition. This engaging course empowers adults and families to prepare nutritious, affordable meals at home confidently.
