S.T.R.E.A.M activities will include different projects or experiments to engage the child in one of the STREAM'S learning objectives and help prepare them for school and learning through a variety of scenarios.

Hip E Han D Crafts is a teen craft program, where we will encourage a love for hippie handy crafts. Each week, we will have a craft exercise. This will include jewelry making, macramé, rock painting and more.

Monthly JHLS Board of Trustees Open Meeting

This class will teach you the fundamentals of jewelry making. We will learn how to make earrings, bracelets, and necklaces which will surprise even a beginner craftsman. You can wear the finished pieces yourself or give them as gifts!

This is a weekly class for anyone that wants to learn sewing basics.

This program offers teens a relaxing, screen-free environment to unwind through creative expression. Participants will engage in mindful coloring activities using provided materials, accompanied by calming music and light refreshments.

This is fun STREAM opportunity for kids, ages 6-12 to come together and build wooden temporary structures, using critical thinking and their imaginations. They can also build obstacle courses for plastic balls to travel.

Every Thursday, we will play a black and white / classic movie. There will be Oreo cookies and coffee as a light refreshment.

This program is intended for adults.

Led by students from Jackson Academy, children will receive free tutoring for all subject areas and work on enrichment exercises.

Homework Club is a drop-in program for students in kindergarten through 6th grade, offering support in ELA and Math homework.
