Fantastic Friday Story time is a story and craft time for children up to age 10. 

Walking dependent on weather and temperature. We do not walk in rainy weather or if it is too warm out. If temperatures are above 80* please call the library to verify if we are walking. 

Enjoy a fun Storytime listening to wonderful stories and complete fun arts and crafts.

Starting a business involves turning an idea into a real, functioning company through a series of clear steps. First, identify a business idea that solves a real problem or fills a market gap.

Come and paint a fall inspired themed painting at the library! Enjoy delicious snacks once you finish painting.

Teens can enjoy this 2 hour window by playing video games, card games, computer games, origami, word search or reading.

Adults and Senior Adults are invited to join us for an exciting game of BINGO filled with fun prizes each month at your Medgar Evers Library!

The Byram Book Club is an adult social group that meets every other Monday to discuss a book. Sometimes, the group covers one specific book, which all members read.

This course is for anyone who is brand new to working with computers. In this course, you will learn the basics of 

computers, from what they are to how to use them.

A cozy, judgment-free space where teens can bring any book they like, read quietly, and connect with fellow book lovers. No assigned reading, no pressure—just quiet time to relax and enjoy a good story together.

Join fellow teens for snacks and drinks as well as a chill vibe. Use this time to work on homework, read, play games, or just catch up!
