The Jackson Federation of Teachers is hosting an FMLA workshop and training session.

Join us at Alexander Library on September 6, 2025, from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm to celebrate Read a Book Day. This will be a time for relaxing with a good book by cozying up in a chair in the library and grabbing a snack.

Come learn fun designs and crotchet techniques in our monthly Crochet Class led by a volunteer host!

This interactive course explains Workers' Compensation: its no-fault system, medical and wage benefits, and eligibility. Learn the crucial claims process, including immediate reporting and essential documentation.

Join us each month as we introduce well known tabletop games and some you may not have heard of before.

Bingo for Adults

We will have a story time which will include questions about what pictures are on the page. We explore our colors, shapes, and numbers in our activity room, with games. There will also be a fun arts and crafts project related to the book.

Caregivers: join your little one(s) for a fun-filled Storytime & Craft Adventure where books come to life in more ways than one! Each session features a lively reading of a favorite children's book, followed by a hands-on craft.
