Fantastic Friday Story time is a story and craft time for children up to age 10. 

Plastic Canvas is similar to that of Needlework and Crochet.  Plastic canvas, yarn a Yarn needle and a pattern to make different types of objects that can be used for household decorations as well as gift items to our family and friends.

Walking dependent on weather and temperature. We do not walk in rainy weather or if it is too warm out. If temperatures are above 80* please call the library to verify if we are walking. 

These classes are prepared for individuals who have met the residency and language requirements to take the citizenship test found at uscis.gov/citizenship

The Mox Comic Book Club welcomes tween and teen enthuiasts interests in exploring comic books or crafting their own creations.

Adults and Senior Adults are invited to join us for an exciting game of BINGO filled with fun prizes each month at your Medgar Evers Library!

The Byram Book Club is an adult social group that meets every other Wednesday to discuss a book. Sometimes, the group covers one specific book, which all members read.

Coloring is a favorite past-time for many, especially Seniors. We decided to engage them in hat they love to do the most, a coloring contest. Pictures will be given out and will be due the following day.

This course is for anyone who is brand new to working with computers. In this course, you will learn the basics of 

computers, from what they are to how to use them.

A cozy, judgment-free space where teens can bring any book they like, read quietly, and connect with fellow book lovers. No assigned reading, no pressure—just quiet time to relax and enjoy a good story together

Join fellow teens for snacks and drinks as well as a chill vibe. Use this time to work on homework, read, play games, or just catch up!

These Spanish Classes for beginners classes are held every Monday and Wednesday at 5 PM.
