Myrtle the Turtle Program 

The Mississippi Department of Transportation's (MDOT) "Myrtle the Turtle" program targets school-age children grades K-5. Litter Prevention Coordinators lead a 30-minute presentation that includes resources materials and an eight-minute animated video depicting Myrtle's world.
