Chair Yoga is offered every fourth Thursday of the month at 10:00 AM. This free class is open to all fitness levels and features gentle, chair-based movements that improve flexibility, reduce stress, and support overall well-being.

All are welcome—unwind, breathe, and enjoy a peaceful moment at your library. This program is presented by Ella Rose Yoga!
